Current NGA Certified auto glass technicians and NGA certified glass installers can renew their active certifications by earning Certification Credits (CCs) instead of taking the exam. One CC is equal to one hour of continuing education taken from any continuing education provider. Auto Glass technicians must earn 10 CCs and Glass Installers must earn 15 CCs over a 3-year period in order to re-certify. MyGlassClass.com is an economical and convenient way to complete these credits.
If you are renewing an active certification, you can take the re-certification bundle (for either Auto Glass, Master Auto Glass, or Glass Installer) on MyGlassClass.com for $120. After completing the bundle, contact Miguel Rodriguez and you will be re-certified automatically.
If you have an active subscription on MyGlassClass.com, you do not need to purchase the re-certification bundle to renew your certification – you just need to take the classes listed in the re-certification bundle.
You must take the exam if you are renewing an expired certification. If you are an NGA member and use MyGlassClass.com to prepare for your certification exam, you will qualify for the special MyGlassClass.com online certification rate of $59.00 per person.
