NGA Professional Programs
NGA
Certification
NGA's certification programs
were designed by industry experts and tailored exclusively to the needs of the
industry. The programs measure a candidate's technical knowledge with exams
professionally administered by computer at testing centers located around the
country -- and now available online. NGA's certification programs help steer
your business in the right direction and verify that your employees have the
knowledge to work safely and correctly.
Current NGA Certified auto glass technicians can renew their active certifications by earning Certification Credits (CCs) instead of taking the exam. You can complete these credits by taking one of the MyGlassClass.com re-certification bundles. For more information, see the Bundle page. Remember that you must take the exam if you are renewing an expired certification. If you use MyGlassClass to prepare for your certification exam, you will qualify for the special MyGlassClass online certification rate of $59.00 per person. For complete information on NGA Certifications, visit either Auto Glass Online Certification or Glass Installer Online Certification.
NGA Instructor-Led
Training
NGA's training programs were
developed by industry experts and designed for those just getting into the
industry. Combining classroom learning with hands-on training, students
participate in real-world exercises, learn about the latest procedures,
techniques, and products, and are able to interact and learn from their peers in
an informal environment. Programs offer employers a professionally developed
curriculum, expert instructors, and fast-track training, so you can put new
hires in the field ASAP and know they are up on the latest and safest
techniques!
Glass Management
Institute
The NGA is proud to announce that
its popular Glass Management Institute (GMI) professional development program
has been redesigned and reinvigorated to offer the most comprehensive management
training in the industry. Taught by some of the leading executives and brightest
minds in the U.S. glass industry, the new and improved GMI will be re-introduced
in May 2008.
