Window and Door Courses
MyGlassClass.com now offers online self-study courses for the InstallationMasters™ Program. Courses can be purchased individually by clicking a level on the left. If you are interested in purchasing more than one course, consider purchasing either bundles or subscriptions - these allow students to sign up for multiple courses at once at a considerable savings.
InstallationMasters™ is a nationwide program for installers of windows and patio doors in the residential and light commercial markets, and is based on an industry consensus standard (ASTM E2112). The program was developed by AAMA after prompting from the Building and Thermal Envelope Council (BETEC) through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and was launched in 1999.
Certification is provided through InstallationMasters™. Installers who complete the training on MyGlassClass.com qualify for:
- An exclusive discount – 25% off the regular price. You will pay just $250.00 to register for the InstallationMasters™ certification exam. For an additional $65 you will receive a hard copy of the InstallationMasters Manual.
- A minimum of only one year of installation experience is needed, as opposed to the usual two to six years required of most self-study candidates.
Once you complete Window and Door Levels 1-3, contact InstallationMasters™ to verify your one year of experience and arrange to take the exam with a proctor.
